Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Poppin' Patterns jewelry is made with stainless steel and, depending on the design, with non-tarnish jewelry brass wire as well. Stainless steel is waterproof and causes no irritation to your skin. Learn more about stainless steel here.

Where can I leave a review?

Thank you for your willingness to share your experience! Right now I'm working on adding a review section to the website. An altenative way to make a review is by making a story or post on Instagram and tagging @poppin_patterns

Can I pay with iDeal?

For Dutch customers, payment with iDeal is possible. Once you've filled in your information, go to the following pages and you'll be able to finish payment.

Can I reserve jewelry?

Unfortunately you cannot. It's first come, first serve.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, I do! I take custom orders mostly via Instagram DM, because it's faster and more efficient. Though you can send me an email too at hello@poppinpatterns.com - More about customs here.

Can you make a silver version of gold designs (or vice versa)?

In some cases I can. If another hardware colour is available, there will either be a button for it or you can make a request via email or Instagram (@poppin_patterns).

Why can't I see pictures of the silver option?

Due to limited materials and my goal to prevent waste, many designs that are available in another colour are made to order. 

Do you restock designs or collections?

Usually I don't. Many of my beads are very limited in supply, which makes the designs limited edition or even one of a kind. In some cases I do remake pieces on request, if my supply will allow it. You can always reach out to me if you'd like a design that's out of stock on the website.
