Do you have an idea for a jewelry piece? Or did you see something in the shop that needs altering to be a perfect fit? Then you can make a request for custom jewelry!

Here's how it works

Send me an email or DM on Instagram with the following information:

• A description of your desired jewelry piece(s), preferably with reference photos. Be as precise as possible about colors, length, materials, weight or even occasion.
• If relevant: the desired date for receiving your pieces. Please note that processing your custom order can at least take 5-7 working days, depending on the request.
• Any questions or concerns you might have.

Example: "Hi, my name is Joy. I'd like to order custom earrings for a wedding I'll be attending. Green and blue are my favorite colors and I also love gemstones. Something lightweight would be nice, so I'll be able to dance all night without irritation. I also prefer silver jewelry. I'm still not sure about the length, do you have suggestions? Thank you in advance!"

Some people know exactly what they want and some have a rough idea of what they like, but don't know how to communicate or visualise it. Throughout the process I will help you define what you want by asking questions and showing you options. Usually I send photos and/or sketches, so you know what to expect. When the jewelry is finished I'll show you the result before shipping it to you.

Payment

Custom jewelry is one of a kind and is a special service. That means the price will be higher than the items you'll see in my shop. The costs are based on time, material and service.

You'll be sent a payment request when we decided on the design. No payment, no jewelry. Dutch customers can expect a Tikkie, international customers can pay with PayPal. Is PayPal not an option? Please let me know and I'll try to find a solution.
